The most delicate moment of a woman's life aside from carrying a baby inside the womb for up to nine months is when they are breastfeeding. And just like being pregnant, it was also believed that breastfeeding moms also need to eat the right kinds of foods and should avoid some foods that believed to be bad for their health. However, this is not the case anymore.

Actually, breastfeeding moms can actually eat everything they want... well, almost. Good thing though that moms can produce milk of high quality with whatever food they will be eating as long as it is within limits. But the bad thing is that if they keep on taking in bad foods and following a very bad diet they will lose all the minerals that are necessary for milk such as calcium and iron. Water - this wont be called the universal solvent for nothing. It keeps you free from toxins and will cleanse your organs making you feel refreshed all the time time. Also, when your body produces milk, you will have a good chance of becoming dehydrated. So drink lots of water to prevent dehydration.

Whole Grain - A good serving of whole grains will help you fix your stomach, as breastfeeding moms are also prone to constipation and stomach issues. You can also eat vegetables that are high in fiber.

Fruits - fruits are good alternative for light snacks or if you do not have the time to fix lunch. Fruits have lots of necessary vitamins, minerals, and water that is needed, that is why fruits are also best foods for the breastfeeding moms. Some fruits, especially banana, can help press your appetite down.
