Arby's Curly Fries - Curly fries is what Arby's are known for, but what people tend o overlook is that they are super loaded with fat, calories, and sodium. Have a side dish of their curly fries and you will already earn a daily allotment of salt excess for up to three quarters more.

Jack in the Box Cheddar Wedges - OK so it is tasty, satisfying, and all, but having a serving of fries dipped in grease and smothered with cheddar cheese? It would not really take a nutritionist that what you are having is dangerous to your health. So instead of having the cheese wedges, have a grilled chicken strip instead.
